A: Our MOQ is one square meter for LED display. One piece for LED module and LCD display.
Q: After service?
A: Professional engineer in service after sales, 24 hours and 365 days open for any inquiry about led display.
Q: How to pay?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance and cash.
Q: What about the delivery time?
A： For LED modules, 2-5days.
For LED display, 15-30days base on different projects.
For LCD display, 5-10days.
Q: What about the warranty?
A: We provide the spare parts for urgent need, and we support 2 years warranty.
Q: What the package ?
A: We use electrostatic film to wrap the LED panel/cabinet ,then use pearl foam to wrap the corners of the LED panel/cabinet, then use wooden case. We support by sea by air and by express.
Q: What about the installation guides service?
A: After payment ,we will provide the steel structure CAD drawing for the led display and manual. We also can support customers on site, but the relevant cost should be paid by your esteemed company such as accommodation & round-trip ticket.
Q: It’s allow print my logo on the products?
A: Yes. LED display is a customized product, we can do OEM & ODM. Just provide and confirm this information before production, then we can arrange for you.
Q: Which Led screen control system can i choose?
A: Our led displays support ColorLight, NovaStar, HuiDu, and Linsn.
Q: Does your product support the customized?
A: Yes. LED display is a customized product, we support. We focused on this.
